Valeo Announces February 2025 Voting Rights and Share Capital Details
Valeo, a key player in automotive technology, released its official data on the total number of voting rights and shares forming the company's share capital for February 2025. As of February 28, 2025, Valeo's issued capital amounted to €244,633,504, with each share bearing a par value of €1, resulting in a total of 244,633,504 shares.
The reported total number of theoretical voting rights stands at 274,030,560. This figure includes shares that are temporarily deprived of voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the General Regulation of the French Financial Markets Authority. Conversely, the total exercisable voting rights, excluding shares deprived of voting rights, is 272,337,362.
