Valeo: Declaration of voting rights as of June 30, 2025

On July 8, 2025, Valeo published information regarding the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital, in accordance with Articles L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des marchés financiers. As of June 30, 2025, Valeo's issued capital is €244,633,504, corresponding to 244,633,504 shares with a par value of one euro. The total number of theoretical voting rights is 275,025,608. Exercisable voting rights amount to 274,825,529, after excluding shares deprived of voting rights.
