Validation of the takeover of FP Environnement by Europlasma
The Tours Commercial Court has approved the takeover by Europlasma of FP Environnement, which specializes in the decontamination of various pollutants and asbestos removal. This decision ensures the continuity of the Tours-based company's activities and the maintenance of 37 jobs. The project focuses on industrial synergies, strengthening Europlasma's role in the circular economy.
In 2022, FP Environnement posted a turnover of 6.7 million euros, with a net profit of 935,000 euros. As for the fifteen-month financial year in 2023, it recorded a loss of 724,000 euros. Europlasma is thus integrating key skills to enrich its decontamination offering, including the definitive treatment of asbestos waste through its subsidiary Inertam.
This acquisition reflects Europlasma's desire to strengthen its environmental expertise while preserving local industrial activity. The Group continues its commitment to decarbonization and pollution control, illustrating its ecological ambition.
