Fidelity crosses threshold in Vallourec capital

Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC announced, by letter received on September 15, 2025, that it has crossed the threshold of 5% of Vallourec's share capital. This event took place on September 11, 2025 following an on-market acquisition. Fidelity now holds 11,959,324 shares, representing 5.02% of Vallourec's share capital and 5.10% of its voting rights.

Although controlled by FMR LLC, the latter has not crossed any thresholds. As of September 11, 2025, FMR LLC holds 17,371,105 shares, representing 7.29% of the capital and 7.41% of the voting rights of Vallourec, distributed among several entities under its control.
