Valsoft Corporation enters the travel market with the acquisition of Servico

Valsoft Corporation, a Canadian company specializing in software development, announced that it has acquired Servico, a Belgian provider of software solutions for the travel industry. For four decades, Servico has stood out for its ERP software designed for travel agencies, reaching more than 400 clients. This acquisition allows Servico to join the Valsoft family, marking the latter's first foray into the travel industry.

Anthony Caruso of Valsoft highlights the crucial role of David Moons, Managing Director of Servico, in the integration and future development of the company within Valsoft. For his part, David Moons welcomes this opportunity to strengthen Servico's offering and expand its presence on a global scale thanks to the support of Valsoft. The agreement promises to provide added value for both Servico's solutions and its European expansion, while also maintaining the current management team to ensure continuity.
