Valsoft Corporation Expands in Dental Practice Management Software with Progitek Acquisition

Valsoft Corporation Inc., based in Quebec, has announced the acquisition of Progitek, a leader in dental practice management software solutions. This marks Valsoft's fifth acquisition in the Health and Dental sector.

Established in 1995, Progitek offers the Dentitek platform, which digitalizes dental offices, enhances clinic management, and boosts productivity. The suite includes the Analytik module for compiling dental practice statistics and a communication module for patient reminders and updates.

Éric Vézina, Founder and President of Progitek, will remain in his role post-acquisition. He stated that Valsoft's expertise would help modernize and expand Progitek's offerings.

Michel Bourassa, EVP of Operations at Valsoft, expressed pride in acquiring Progitek and looks forward to collaborating with its team to continue innovating for clients.

Progitek will align with Valsoft's operating arm, Aspire Software, to strengthen its market presence and enhance its products and services.
