Valsoft Enters the Telecommunications Space with the Acquisition of Equinox Information Systems

Montreal-based Valsoft Corporation Inc. has announced its acquisition of Equinox Information Systems, Inc., a renowned software provider in the telecommunications industry. This marks Valsoft's entry into the telecommunications sector.

Equinox, established in 1986, is recognized for its expertise in fraud management, business assurance, and network monitoring. The company boasts a client base of over 380 telecommunications companies, providing data mediation and usage analytics tools.

Anthony Caruso, Investment Partner at Valsoft, expressed enthusiasm about preserving Equinox's legacy and focusing on long-term growth. Equinox's founder, Byron Middendorf, highlighted the alignment in values regarding employee welfare and customer support with Valsoft.

The acquisition allows Equinox to expand its US presence and aim for global growth. The management team will remain as part of the growth strategy.
