Vanguard Group Discloses Interests in Smith (DS) plc

On May 23, 2024, The Vanguard Group, Inc. announced its disclosure of interests in the securities of Smith (DS) plc, as per Rule 8.3 of the Takeover Code. As of May 22, 2024, Vanguard holds interests amounting to 61,931,365 ordinary shares, representing 4.49% of Smith (DS) plc's share capital.
