The Vanguard Group, Inc. reported its opening position in Tritax Big Box REIT plc, holding 5.36% of the company's shares, equivalent to 101,974,625 shares as of April 15, 2024. This disclosure follows the regulations under Rule 8.3 of the Takeover Code, which mandates reporting by entities possessing over 1% of a stock in firms involved in takeover considerations.

In addition to Tritax Big Box REIT, Vanguard also disclosed minimal dealings with UK Commercial Property REIT Limited. These transactions included both purchases and sales of shares.
