Vanguard Group File Disclosure Under Rule 8.3 of the Takeover Code

The Vanguard Group, Inc. has made a public disclosure as per Rule 8.3 of the Takeover Code concerning its interest in Balanced Commercial Property Trust Limited. This follows the latest position on 26th July 2024.
