VAT Group AG Announces Executive Committee Change

VAT Group AG has announced a change in its Group Executive Committee. Finn Felsberg, the Executive Vice President of the Semiconductor Solutions Group, is departing the company. Having joined in December 2023, Felsberg played a key role in managing the Group’s Semiconductor business, encapsulating core valve activities, adjacent business, and corporate R&D.

Under his leadership, VAT strengthened its market position, particularly in the core valve sector, while expanding into additional business areas. The company expressed gratitude for Felsberg’s contributions and wished him well.

Urs Gantner, CEO and former EVP of the Semiconductor Solutions Group, will oversee the semiconductor operations until a new successor is appointed.
