Veganz Group AG Recommends Bondholders Accept SdK Counterproposal

On December 17, 2024, Veganz Group AG will ask bondholders of its EUR 10 million 7.5% notes, maturing in 2025, to vote on extending the term by five years to February 24, 2030. The company supports a proposal from SdK, a shareholder protection association, which suggests partial repayments starting in 2026 at 5% annually of the outstanding principal. Additionally, the proposal includes interest adjustments linked to market capitalization and other changes to bond conditions.

Investors are encouraged to participate in the vote either in person or by proxy. The meeting will be held at Hotel nhow, Berlin, with necessary documentation available on Veganz's official website.
