Vente-unique.com: Declaration of transactions in own shares
On September 1, 2025, Vente-unique.com, a specialist in online furniture sales in Europe, announced the repurchase of its own shares, in accordance with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR). The transactions took place between August 26 and 29, 2025.
The volume of shares repurchased daily varies with 245 shares on August 26 at an average price of 16 euros, 10 shares on August 27 at an average price of 15.8 euros, 21 shares on August 28 at an average price of 15.65 euros and 11 shares on August 29 at an average price of 15.85 euros.
The next key point for the group will be the communication of turnover figures for the 2024-2025 financial year, scheduled for November 13, 2025.
