BNP Paribas' movements in the capital of Verallia
On April 29, 2025, BNP Paribas announced that it had crossed the thresholds of 5% of Verallia's capital and voting rights upwards on April 24, 2025. At that time, it held 7,540,796 shares, representing 6.24% of the capital and 5.25% of the voting rights. This increase resulted from the acquisition of off-market shares by BNP Paribas Financial Markets.
The following day, on April 30, 2025, BNP Paribas reported a downward crossing of the 5% voting rights threshold on April 25, 2025, with 6,657,905 shares representing 5.51% of the capital and 4.64% of the voting rights. This follows an off-market sale of shares.
Furthermore, BNP Paribas also owns 358,944 shares resulting from swap contracts exercisable between December 2025 and January 2029.
