JP Morgan Crosses Thresholds in Verallia's Capital
On June 12, 2025, JP Morgan Chase & Co. lowered its stake in Verallia's capital and voting rights to 5%. Through its subsidiaries, JP Morgan now holds 4.82% of the company's capital and 4.06% of its voting rights. This change is the result of an off-market share sale.
JP Morgan Securities plc also individually crossed these thresholds downwards. In addition, the reporting entity holds 5,246,093 shares through 36 equity swaps exercisable until May 2030. This disclosure is made under the reporting entity's own responsibility, without verification by the AMF.
