This target group, which generated revenues of over €11 million in 2024, is renowned for its smart solutions integrating geospatial data and artificial intelligence.
This acquisition is part of Vergnet's HV 2030 strategy, which focuses on the convergence of industry and digital technology, aiming to become a leader in digital solutions for renewable energy and climate risk management. The acquisition is expected to close in the third quarter of 2025.
