Vergnet strengthens its capital to reduce its debt

The Vergnet Group has announced several capital increases totaling €544,215.78, including the issue premium. The purpose of this transaction is to reduce the company's debt for the benefit of certain third-party creditors. The increases enabled the issuance of 3,365,234,747 new shares.

The new shares, with a nominal value of €0.0001 each, were issued in accordance with a decision adopted by the company's General Meeting in September 2024. Vergnet's share capital was thus increased by the total amount mentioned.
