Vernal Capital Acquisition Corp. Prices $100 Million IPO
New York-based Vernal Capital Acquisition Corp. (NYSE: VECA) has priced its initial public offering at $100 million. The IPO comprises 10 million units, each priced at $10.00, and began trading on the NYSE under the ticker "VECAU" on May 6, 2026. Each unit consists of one ordinary share and a right for one-fourth of an ordinary share following an initial business combination. Separate trading of the shares and rights will list them under "VECA" and "VECAR" on the NYSE.
The IPO, managed exclusively by D. Boral Capital LLC, includes a 45-day option for underwriters to purchase an additional 1.5 million units for over-allotments. The offering is scheduled to close on May 7, 2026, subject to customary conditions. A registration statement was approved by the SEC on May 5, 2026. The prospectus is available through D.
