VIB Vermögen AG Realizes Value Through Strategic Property Sale

Neuburg/Donau, July 1, 2024 – VIB Vermögen AG announced the sale of 12 logistics properties to P3 Logistic Parks. This transaction, focusing on properties in Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, North Rhine-Westphalia, and Saxony, reflects a deliberate step in VIB's diversification strategy.

The sale signifies the company's continued focus on becoming a balanced portfolio holder specializing in logistics and office spaces. The involved properties, totaling around 260,000 sqm of fully let rental area, underline this strategic realignment.

Dirk Oehme, Speaker of the Managing Board at VIB Vermögen AG, highlighted the value appreciation achieved, stating that the transaction aligns with their broader 360-degree strategy focused on portfolio improvement.
