VIB Vermögen AG Reports Strong Financial Figures for 2024

VIB Vermögen AG has announced robust financial results for the fiscal year 2024, highlighting the effective implementation of its diversification strategy. Despite a challenging market environment, VIB achieved or surpassed its financial targets. The company's funds from operations rose by around 10% to EUR 79.5 million, while gross rental income reached EUR 88.9 million, at the high end of projections.

The firm has notably diversified its portfolio by strengthening the office asset class, which now comprises 41.1% of its rental income. Meanwhile, logistics and light industrial assets remain a core focus, accounting for 51.6%. The portfolio now consists of 153 properties valued at EUR 3.1 billion.

Looking ahead to 2025, VIB forecasts gross rental income will increase to EUR 101-105 million. The management anticipates maintaining a low vacancy rate, reflecting the high quality of its portfolio, and plans to propose a dividend of EUR 0.04 per share to support future growth.
