Villeroy & Boch AG Reports Stable Growth Amid Economic Challenges
In the first nine months of 2025, Villeroy & Boch AG reported consolidated sales of EUR 1,075.2 million, reflecting a 6.7% increase from the previous year. This rise was largely due to strategic acquisitions and the group's international expansion efforts. Notably, the acquisition of Ideal Standard contributed to a revenue growth of 10.6% in the EMEA region, with strong performances in Western and Southern Europe.
The company's operating EBIT for the period stood at EUR 65.1 million, showing a slight increase of 0.9% year-over-year. The reported EBIT of EUR 40.6 million marked a significant improvement from the previous year's EUR 23.4 million. The updated valuation approach by Quirin Privatbank reaffirms a target price of EUR 34.50 with a maintained 'Buy' recommendation.
