VINCI Enters Exclusive Talks for Major Motorway Concession

VINCI has begun exclusive negotiations with the French government for a 35-year concession of the proposed A154 and A120 motorway link. This strategic project, covering nearly 100 km, aims to bypass the congested Greater Paris area, enhancing connectivity between the Rouen-Orléans corridor and the Major Seine Axis River and Seaport. The initiative is expected to boost local economies, notably by improving connections to the ports of Rouen and Le Havre.

VINCI Autoroutes will oversee project management, financing, and operations, while VINCI Construction will manage design and construction. The project involves 69 km of new motorway construction and the modernization of 28 km of existing routes on the RN154.

The project prioritizes environmental performance by implementing low-carbon and shared mobility solutions. The concession agreement, pending regulatory approvals, is set to be signed in autumn 2026.
