Virbac corrects the amount of its share capital
Carros, France – On September 16, 2024, Virbac issued a corrective press release to correct a typographical error in its press release of September 13, 2024. Initially, the announced amount of its new share capital was incorrect.
Virbac's share capital is now set at 10,488,325 euros, thus correcting the error which indicated 10,448,325 euros.
