Viridien opts for a separate governance structure
Viridien has announced the separation of the roles of Chairman and CEO. Sophie Zurquiyah will continue to chair the Board after her term as CEO, which ends at the 2026 Annual General Meeting. The Board thus wishes to maintain strategic continuity under her leadership.
Henning Berg, the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer, will take office on June 3, 2026. He is expected to begin as COO in March, ensuring a smooth transition. His appointment received unanimous approval from the Board.
Philippe Salle remains Lead Director, while Colette Lewiner, Chair of the Remuneration Committee, expressed her gratitude to Sophie Zurquiyah for her outstanding leadership. This reorganization aims to ensure sustainable growth for Viridien.
