Viridien: Information on Voting Rights and Shares

Viridien, a French société anonyme with a share capital of €7,161,465, has released detailed information on the total number of voting rights and shares. The company, registered in Evry, France, provided data as of June 30, 2024.

As per Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), the total number of issued shares stands at 716,146,563. These shares account for 718,856,835 actual voting rights.

The number of theoretical voting rights is slightly higher at 718,881,831. This figure includes shares with single or double voting rights, as well as treasury shares that are void of voting rights. It is calculated following Article 223-11 of the AMF’s General Regulation.

All company shares possess the same voting rights, except treasury shares and registered shares held for more than two years, which receive double voting rights.
