Vision Marine and Sterk Boats Unveil Dual E-Motion™ 180E Integration
Vision Marine Technologies Inc. and Sterk Boats have announced the debut of the first consumer-ready dual E-Motion™ 180E electric marine powertrain. This innovation will be showcased at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) in 2025. The Sterk 31e, a customized vessel, features two high-voltage electric outboards powered by a 170+ kWh battery system.
This marks a significant milestone for Vision Marine's E-Motion™ platform, reflecting its adaptability to larger recreational boats. According to Vision Marine CEO Alexandre Mongeon, the unveiling sets a precedent for future integrations.
