Vision Marine Technologies Enters Exclusive Supply Agreement with STERK

Vision Marine Technologies Inc., a leader in electric marine propulsion, has signed a three-year exclusive supply agreement with Germany-based MS Marine GmbH, known as STERK. This agreement allows Vision Marine to be the sole provider of electric propulsion systems for STERK's boats and secures exclusive global distribution rights for these electric-powered vessels.

The partnership will see Vision Marine's E-Motion™ 180E propulsion systems integrated into STERK boats, assembled in Germany. This marks a key step in Vision Marine's European expansion strategy. The agreement also gives Vision Marine exclusive rights to sell electric STERK boats worldwide, allowing entrance into the North American market while reinforcing its European presence.

This collaboration addresses the rising demand for sustainable marine solutions, supported by shifting regulatory and consumer demands. Vision Marine commits to delivering industry-leading technology and will provide certification and training to ensure the integration of its systems meets international standards.
