Vision Marine Technologies Inc., a leader in electric marine propulsion, has announced the promotion of Daniel Rathe to Chief Technical Officer. This coincides with the completion of the E-Motion™ 180E powertrain development and the transition towards commercial deployment. The acquisition of Nautical Ventures Group aids this next growth stage, focusing on the U.S. market, especially in Florida, through a robust dealer network.

With a five-year EBITDA CAGR exceeding 20%, Nautical Ventures strengthens Vision Marine's expansion strategy. Rathe's technical leadership will enhance system integration and speed up the adoption of E-Motion™ powered boats.

The resignation of board member Anthony Cassella was also announced, avoiding potential conflicts with MarineMax. Vision Marine remains dedicated to advancing its electric propulsion and retail operations through Nautical Ventures.
