Vivo Collaborates with Amdocs to Enhance System Flexibility and Efficiency

Amdocs, a software and services provider to communication and media companies, has announced a collaboration with Vivo. This partnership aims to enhance Vivo's systems flexibility and operational efficiencies. The collaboration will support Vivo, a leading Brazilian telecommunications company, in developing new services rapidly, while advancing its microservices strategy.

The project involves Amdocs delivering cloud-native web services based on TM Forum standards. This will allow Vivo to securely expose its business support systems across various platforms. With low-code capabilities, Vivo can quickly develop services with minimal business disruption.

Ana Drumond from Vivo stated that the collaboration with Amdocs is a significant step in their evolution plan, enhancing service flexibility and time-to-market.
