Vladimir Kush Presents His New Painting 'Mother'

Renowned artist Vladimir Kush has unveiled his new painting, "Mother," an oil on canvas measuring 33.25"x 25". This new work was revealed at his Art Miami exhibition, drawing significant attention from attendees. The piece depicts a Muslim woman in a hijab, holding a blanket with a hand grenade instead of a baby, symbolizing her turn to vengeance after losing her family.

The concept for "Mother" was initially sketched in Kush's book, Black & White Matters. This transition from sketch to canvas reflects Kush's classical training and adherence to the European tradition that values drawing as the foundation of two-dimensional art.

Kush has been recognized in the American cultural scene since the early 2000s, promoting his Metaphorical Realism style. He now owns several high-end galleries, including locations in Las Vegas, Laguna Beach, and Miami Beach, and hosts exhibitions worldwide.

Kush's portfolio includes over 400 paintings, 80 bronze sculptures, and various other art forms, including jewelry and wearable art. More information is available on www.kushfineart.com.
