Volatus Aerospace Inc. has announced the acquisition of key assets from the UK-based Air Data Systems (ADS), a move that enhances its global aerial solutions capabilities. This integration is aimed at strengthening Volatus' leadership in aerial intelligence and logistics, making headway into various essential industries.

Specializing in large-scale surveys and data acquisition for industrial applications, ADS offers expertise in asset management, inspections, and environmental services. The deal is performance-based, aligning both companies’ interests and underlining the immense potential of this new collaboration.

Mark Currass, former ADS Managing Director, will join Volatus as Executive Consultant, focusing on global business development. His extensive experience in the UAS sector will aid in market expansion and innovation. This partnership reinforces Volatus' capabilities, including its renowned expertise in BVLOS operations and geomatics services.
