Voltabox AG in Advanced Talks to Sell Majority Stake in GreenCluster GmbH
Voltabox AG is engaged in advanced discussions to sell its 80% stake in GreenCluster GmbH. The transaction would also include the shareholder loans provided by Voltabox. The company anticipates sales proceeds in the mid six-figure range.
For 2024, Voltabox forecasts revenues of €7 million from its "VoltaStore" division, which solely consists of GreenCluster GmbH. This revenue represents about two-thirds of Voltabox's total projected revenue of €10.5 million for the fiscal year.
The outcome of the negotiations remains uncertain and depends on the progress of ongoing discussions. The final terms of any agreement are yet to be determined.
