Voyageurs du Monde: Results of the public share buyback offer

On July 17, 2024, the Financial Markets Authority published the results of the public share buyback offer initiated by Voyageurs du Monde. The offer, open from June 27 to July 16, 2024, offered shareholders the opportunity to repurchase their shares at a unit price of 150 euros, up to a limit of 866,666 shares.

Demand exceeded this limit, with 941,305 shares submitted. As a result, a proportional reduction of requests was made in accordance with the regulations. Thus, the company will repurchase 866,666 shares for a total amount of 129,999,900 euros. Settlement and delivery will take place on July 22 and the repurchased shares will be canceled on July 23.

Following this cancellation, the share capital of Voyageurs du Monde will be 3,434,278 euros, divided into 3,434,278 shares.
