VusionGroup: Adoption of all resolutions by the General Meeting of June 19, 2024
The General Meeting of VusionGroup, chaired by Thierry Gadou, adopted all the resolutions recommended by the Board of Directors with a large majority on June 19, 2024.
The appointment of Ms. Rong Huang as director, as well as Messrs. Kevin Holt and Emmanuel Blot as independent directors, was approved. In addition, a dividend of 0.30 euros per share will be paid on June 27, 2024.
The General Assembly renewed the financial delegations to the Board of Directors. This updated the committees as follows: Audit Committee, Nominations and Remuneration Committee, and Strategy and CSR Committee.
Mr. Johnson Lee's term as censor was renewed for one year.
