Water Ways Technologies Faces Significant Restructuring Challenges
Water Ways Technologies Inc. has announced that its subsidiary, Heartnut Grove WWT Inc., will voluntarily enter bankruptcy under Canadian law. Albert Gelman Inc. will manage Heartnut's bankruptcy proceedings. The subsidiary is finalizing its paperwork and expects to complete the process soon, although no definitive timeline is available.
The company is also liquidating its Israeli subsidiary, Irri-Al-Tal Ltd. This process faces delays due to difficulties in collecting outstanding payments from international clients. As a result of these challenges, Water Ways no longer operates actively or generates revenue.
Looking ahead, the company is conducting a strategic review to explore new opportunities that might enhance shareholder value. Potential options include mergers or identifying a new business line. However, there is no certainty that any strategic moves will be executed.
