Weekly declaration of share buybacks by Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie
Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel Brie Picardie carried out share buybacks from May 20 to 24, 2024, in accordance with the conditions of article 5 of the MAR Regulation. Transactions took place daily on the XPAR market.
On May 20, 2024, 610 shares were repurchased at an average price of 19.106656 euros. The next day, 676 shares were acquired for an average price of 19.146849 euros. On May 22 and 23, the volumes purchased were 650 and 350 shares respectively, at average prices of 19.039692 and 19.053429 euros. Finally, on May 24, 613 shares were purchased at an average price of 19.156166 euros.
All transactions were carried out by Kepler Cheuvreux SA on behalf of Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie and were aimed at providing a societal project for the regional bank.
