Wendel Appoints Laure Delabeye as Director of Human Resources and Services

Wendel has announced the appointment of Laure Delabeye as the new Director of Human Resources and Services for the Wendel Group. This role will encompass Human Resources, General Resources, and IT services within the organization.

Laure Delabeye brings with her over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, having worked in both French and international environments within the Finance and Insurance sectors. She previously served as an HR Manager at AXA Group for 14 years and later held the position of HR Director for France at JP Morgan, where she expanded her responsibilities to Spain and Portugal. Delabeye's expertise includes managing multicultural teams and handling HR issues related to Brexit at a European level. From 2019 to 2021, she was the Global Head of Human Resources at Natixis Investment Banking.

In 2021, Delabeye transitioned into executive coaching by establishing Oyat Coachsulting, aiming to support senior executives in navigating new challenges. Her appointment at Wendel marks a significant addition to the company's leadership team, reinforcing its commitment to effective human resource management and organizational development.
