Wendel: Declaration of voting rights as of October 31, 2024

Wendel Investissement has published its figures concerning the number of voting rights and shares as of October 31, 2024. In accordance with Articles L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations, this information shows that 44,430,864 shares were outstanding on that date.
