Wendel Growth Invests in Cybersecurity Firm YesWeHack
Wendel (Euronext: MF.FP), through its Wendel Growth investment arm, has acquired a minority stake in YesWeHack. The investment amounts to €14.5 million. Wendel is investing alongside partners Adelie, Seventure Partners, and existing investors Eiffel Investment Group, Open CNP, and Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations.
YesWeHack, founded in 2015, specializes in Bug Bounty programs and vulnerability management. The platform connects organizations with ethical hackers worldwide to identify and fix vulnerabilities in digital infrastructures. The company has a notable presence in France and Singapore, serving clients in over 50 countries.
YesWeHack’s services are utilized by various private, public, and governmental organizations. The firm offers personalized support and results-based billing, benefiting hundreds of clients globally. The company aims to enhance security for digital assets, reputations, and customer data.
Antoine Izsak, Head of Growth Equity at Wendel, commented on the necessity of Bug Bounty services for companies facing cybersecurity threats.
