Wolftank Group: Results of the Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of Wolftank Group, held on June 7, 2024, followed the proposal of the Management Board to carry forward the net profit reported in the annual financial statements as of December 31, 2023. The Assembly unanimously granted discharge to the Management Board and Supervisory Board for the 2023 financial year.
It was also decided to change the company name from “Wolftank-Adisa Holding AG” to “Wolftank Group AG.” This change will take effect upon entry in the commercial register. Furthermore, Crowe SOT GmbH was appointed as the auditor and group auditor for the current financial year.
The resolutions of the Annual General Meeting will be available in the minutes on the Wolftank Group website after filing with the Commercial Register Court.
