World Travelers Voting Rights Report as of November 30, 2024

Voyageurs du Monde has communicated the figures relating to the number of shares and voting rights as of November 30, 2024. With a share capital set at 3,435,481 euros, the number of shares outstanding amounts to 3,435,481. These shares constitute the entire share capital.

From the point of view of voting rights, the theoretical number is 5,883,272. However, the number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower, reaching 5,881,174, after subtracting the shares deprived of voting rights. This information complies with the requirements of Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.
