BlackRock exceeds 5% of Worldline's capital
New York-based BlackRock Inc. announced it has crossed the 5% threshold in Worldline's capital, according to a statement received on September 17, 2025. Acting on behalf of its clients and funds, BlackRock now holds 14,613,907 Worldline shares, representing 5.15% of the capital but only 4.45% of the voting rights. This crossing of the threshold results from an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
This symbolic 5% threshold was reached on September 16, 2025. Regarding equities, they include ADRs and shares obtained through contracts for differences. In addition, there are shares managed under loan-borrowing agreements. These positions accentuate BlackRock's influence in Worldline's capital.
