BlackRock reduces its stake in Worldline
On September 18, 2025, BlackRock Inc., a US-based fund manager, announced that it had lowered its stake in Worldline to 5%. This change was formalized on September 19 through a declaration submitted to the AMF. BlackRock now holds 4.62% of the capital and 3.99% of the voting rights, or 13,107,903 Worldline shares.
The reduction in stake results from a decrease in the number of shares held as collateral. Shares held include ADRs, shares issued under contracts for differences, and loaned shares. BlackRock also reports holding 117,331 shares for which clients retain voting rights.
