UBS crosses thresholds at Worldline
On August 29, 2025, UBS Group AG, a Swiss company, announced that it had crossed the thresholds of 5% of Worldline's share capital and voting rights downwards. This change occurred on August 26, 2025, through an off-market share sale, resulting in a holding of 52,801 shares, or 0.02% of the share capital.
UBS also holds 9,800 shares through specific contracts, including 7,000 through the "right to recall of lent shares" and 2,800 through the "right of use over shares." In addition, UBS reports holding 42,989 shares through "right of use over reverse convertible bond" contracts.
These changes comply with general regulations, highlighting UBS's complex financial strategy in the equity market.
