UBS Group AG reduces its stake in Worldline
On November 10, 2025, UBS Group AG crossed below the 5% threshold of Worldline's share capital. Officially, the company now holds 49,789 Worldline shares, representing 0.02% of the share capital and voting rights, following an off-market sale. These shares are distributed between UBS Switzerland AG and other entities under UBS control.
UBS also holds 6,800 shares based on specific contracts, including a "right to recall of lent shares" for 5,000 shares and a "right of use over shares" for 1,800 shares. In addition, "right of use over reverse convertible bond" contracts cover 42,989 shares without a specific maturity date.
Finally, UBS specified that it holds 20 "convertible bonds" that can be converted into Worldline shares to be issued, thus accentuating its strategic options on the stock.
