Worldline Plans Euro-Denominated Bond Issuance

Stock price chart of WORLDLINE (EPA:WLN) showing fluctuations.

Worldline, a global leader in payment services, announced it is organizing credit investor calls on November 18 and 19, 2024. The company plans to issue 5-year fixed rate senior unsecured bonds in euros under its EMTN program, contingent on market conditions. These bonds are expected to be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The proceeds from the bond issuance will support general corporate purposes, possibly including refinancing existing debt, such as its outstanding convertible exchangeable bonds. Worldline may also consider repurchasing some of these bonds opportunistically.

The bonds are to be offered outside the United States under Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933. No public offering is planned, and the bonds are not meant for retail investors in the EEA or UK.
