Cierra Gross, a former Google HR professional, founded Worklution Inc. after experiencing workplace trauma due to racism and stereotyping. Her company recently launched Wrk Receipts, a mobile platform designed to empower employees with AI-based support and advocacy in real-time. Users can document workplace incidents using text, images, or voice notes, with data securely stored for advice or further action.

The platform's AI advocate, Jayla, provides guidance on employment laws and company policies, helping users navigate workplace issues. Wrk Receipts also offers secure documentation templates and connections to human HR experts for additional support.

Wrk Receipts aims to transform workplace dynamics by analyzing and providing insights on aggregated data, fostering inclusive environments. The app is now available on the Apple App Store, with plans to rapidly expand its user base.
