XCF Global's New Rise Reno Facility Begins Renewable Fuel Production
XCF Global, Inc. has announced that its New Rise Reno facility has begun producing synthetic aviation fuel (SAF), along with renewable diesel and naphtha, since it was commissioned in February 2025. The facility, designed to advance decarbonization in the aviation sector, started delivering these renewable fuels in March 2025.
As of early July, the facility has achieved a production milestone of more than 2.5 million gallons of renewable fuels. This achievement highlights the facility's capability and flexibility in maximizing utilization, enabling it to efficiently produce and deliver low-carbon fuels to the market.
CEO Mihir Dange emphasizes that the modular and patent-pending design of New Rise Reno allows flexible production shifts between SAF and renewable diesel without requiring equipment modifications. This adaptability aids XCF Global in meeting fluctuating market demands while optimizing plant outputs.
