Xcyte Digital Corp. Announces Closing of MCON Live Inc. Share Exchange and Asset Purchase
Xcyte Digital Corp. has completed a share exchange and asset purchase agreement with MCON Live Inc. A wholly-owned subsidiary of Xcyte acquired 5% of MCON's common stock and 100% of its online business. The aim is to enhance global expos for the military veteran community by providing online access to disabled veterans unable to attend physically.
The upcoming MCON event, scheduled for October 24, 2024, will be a global, immersive/hybrid event. It will include live music, performances, speakers, cultural experiences, and networking opportunities. Attendees can also explore the MCON Wellness Village, Gaming Pavilion, and Military Impact Summit.
Randy Selman, CEO of Xcyte Digital, expressed pride in partnering with veterans. The goal is to expand MCON's reach through Xcyte's technology, engaging the 5.4 million active military personnel, veterans, and their families virtually.
