Zentra Group Completes Bulk Sale at One Meadow, Eccleshill
Zentra Group plc, a Manchester-based property development company, has finalized the sale of 19 out of 24 units at its One Meadow development in Eccleshill, West Yorkshire. The units were sold to a Registered Housing Provider for a total of £3.96 million. This sale has enabled Zentra to fully repay the development finance facility associated with the project.
The remaining five units at One Meadow are currently on the market for private buyers. Zentra plans to provide further updates regarding these sales in the future.
